Return & Refund

    We strive to ensure a 100% customer satisfaction, by bringing you 100% Quality products.

    We are here to serve you our customers and provide you with great experiences. 
    However, if for some reason you are still not satisfied with your purchase, and would like to return an item, we are happy to return or exchange it for you provided it falls within the guidelines below.

  • In order to be eligible for a full refund, the product(s) MUST be unopened and accompanied with a copy of the purchase invoice/bill
  • Percentage Refund on opened / partly used product, will be solely at the discretion of Golden Lotus Healing and Wellness.
  • For Unopened products without a receipt, please provide us with the date and purchase amount, to help us help you. If the purchase is made through a card transaction then your bank will have that information easily available to you.
  • Refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days
  • Reduced price, clearance or final sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable
  • If your order arrives damaged, it is best to REFUSE the package at the door. If you are unable to do so and accept the package, make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record. Save the products AND the original packaging it arrived in, and contact us for further instructions.
